There he makes fresh and modern wines that are elegant and not at all conventional.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nVitor Claro Domino Caparide Rose is made from Castelão grapes that are harvested from 30 year old vines in Ribeira de Caparide.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThe wine is made via direct press of whole bunches, decanted overnight and fermented in concrete tanks, then decanted after fermentation.
