A true Touriga Nacional, but in rose.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nORIGEM:  50% Cima Corgo: 25% at 200m altitude and 25% at 540m altitude; 50% Baixo Corgo at 750m altitude.\u003cbr\u003e\nVINIFICATION: All bunches are inspected for quality on a sorting table before they are gently crushed and moved by gravity into temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Following a maceration period of 3 to 6 hours, the lightly colored juice is run off the skins and fermented at 12° to preserve the full aromatic expression of the wine. \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nTASTING NOTES:  Light pink color with cherry notes and a very intense matured strawberry nose.
