In the winery, whole bunch pressing, cold settling, spontaneous fermentation in horizontal vats. Ageing 5 months in stainless steel.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nTASTING NOTES: A fresh, pure and mineral wine that embraces all the fruit and exuberance of the Viosinho variety at the same time.
