Elegant nose of mineral character, with notes of blackberries, quince, dark chocolate, black pepper and some vegetable suggestions for freshness. In the mouth enters voluminous, with very fine tannins and silky texture. In the end, shows some tension to give freshness and prolong the end of the mouth. The fruit and herbal notes are always well present in a long and fresh finish that provides great gastronomic combinations.
