Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Return Policy: Unopened and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in a resellable condition. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: For damaged or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt, including a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error.
