The wine is produced using the Solera method, where the subsequent harvest attests to the previous one without any removal of sediment. The result is a three-dimensional Arinto from the Azores, showcasing the characteristics of the grape variety, the accumulation of ?ne sediment, and the combination of four harvests.
Arinto dos Açores is a unique grape varietal native to the Azores Islands. Although it shares the same name and good acidity of the mainland Arinto, the grapes are not related.
It has a clean straw yellow color. Intense tertiary aromas, yet mineral at the same time. Presence of iodine, honeycomb, citrus. Tense attack, very textured, complex, and intense. With mineral notes and acidity present.
