FitaPreta Espumante Rose Brut Nature NV

Fitapreta Rosé Brut Nature (Alentejo, Portugal) is a traditional-method sparkling wine crafted by António Maçanita and Sandra Sárria from a blend of Castelão, Trincadeira, and Aragonês, grown on schist and limestone soils around Évora. Made without dosage, it’s a dry, precise rosé that captures Alentejo’s natural freshness.
Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, and the base wine ferments spontaneously before secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine rests on lees before disgorgement, developing texture and subtle autolytic complexity.
Delicate pink in color, it offers aromas of wild berries, rose, citrus zest, and mineral notes. The palate is crisp and linear, combining red fruit and saline freshness with fine, persistent bubbles. Dry and focused, it finishes long and clean.
A refined Brut Nature suited to seafood, Mediterranean starters, and light poultry, best served at 8–10°C. A pure, gastronomic rosé sparkling that balances Alentejo warmth with precision and lift.
