The fermentation is spontaneous, with no addition of dosage (liqueur d&expédition). It is made from the Sercialinho grape, which is nearly exclusive to Luís Pato. The grape&s excellent acidity, combined with the perfect amount of residual sugar, creates a unique and highly complex wine, offering generous aromas and remarkable freshness on the palate.
