Early-harvested grapes form the Vinha Panasqueira vineyard are used for this sparkling wine. Made in the traditional method, but with no fining, no dosage, and no added sulphites.
A unique sparkling wine expressing the terroir and surrounding influences. Aged on lees, in bottle, for 5 years before disgourgement!
Winemaking: Organic, Natural Wine, Zero dosage and without sulphite, Champagne Methode.

Delicate notes of aromas like dried fruits, nuts and orange peel. Brioche, toasty and butter notes. Elegant Perlage. Perfekt as aperitif or with food.
It has non sulfur or sugar addition and we simply love this sparkling 100% Baga from this peculiar single vineyard! Fermentation in stainless steel, aged in bottle for 30 months.
Its the first sparkling wine in Portugal without the addition of sulfur.
Very good alternative to champagne. Zero dosage and without sulphite.
