Tasting Notes
At first sight we can observe a golden straw-colored cava, with a fine and persistent bubble with an elegant formation of crown.
The nose shows intense notes of pastry and toasted from its at least 60 months of aging. Coffee and cooked white fruit notes can also be appreciated in the background.
The palate is very complex, of remarkable intensity and tasty with a very well-integrated carbonic due to its long aging.
Pairing
An ideal choice for pairing with fatty cheeses, stews, veal, smoked dishes, and fish.
It is also suitable for enjoying on its own, which will make this magnificent cava shine in all its splendor.
