He embraces low intervention winemaking, fermenting fruit in small stainless-steel tanks using natural yeasts, in order to make wines with balance that reflect his terroir. His Alvariñho is fragrant and refreshing with crisp orchard fruit, jasmine and lemon verbena aromas. The palate is fleshy and pure, with crisp acidity and balanced texture the ideal match for seafood and creamy sauces.
