Vinification of Pequenos Rebentos Lote 3: After manual harvesting and transportation to the winery in small boxes (18kg and 20kg), the bunches were destemmed, and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, followed by a light pressing and 48 hours of settling. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
Citrus, mineral and light vegetable aromas. Vibrant and desirable palat, resulting in a long and intense finish.
