Pequenos Rebentos Nat Cool Loureiro 2023
Light straw yellow. Notes of white fruits, such as apple and peach. On the palate, it is light, fresh, delicate, with notes of melon, grapefruit, and a floral touch. Very easy to drink.
Vinification: The grapes come from Ponte de Lima, from a vineyard about 30 years old. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks with fine lees, and very low sulfur addition. Agriculture is practiced organically.
Excellent partner to drink with friends (1L bottle) on a hot day. It can be served as an aperitif or accompanying lighter dishes such as grilled fish or salads.
