Made from grapes from selected winegrowers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine is the result of many years of studies on grape varieties, soils and winemaking processes, and of course making connections with very special people. Monção and Melgaço, for believing that it has everything to be a great wine in the world.

Vinification: Combination of techniques such as skin maceration, fermentation in the skins, with subsequent aging for 10 months in used barrels.
Aroma of loquat, quince, white pepper, green tea leaf, and earth. Crystal-clear on the palate, with impressive acidity that is well-integrated into the overall profile. Delicate bitter notes add charm, accompanied by a hint of salinity. It is a sophisticated wine with pronounced minerality, demanding a thoughtful tasting experience.
