Quinta de San Michel Curtimenta 2022 (VR Lisboa, Sintra) blends Malvasia de Colares and Arinto from clay-limestone soils under maritime influence. Hand-harvested and fermented with 15 days of skin contact, then aged 12 months in used French oak and 9 months in bottle. Golden yellow, it shows citrus, peach, melon, acacia, orange peel, blossom, smoke, honey, and resin. The palate is dry, with vibrant acidity, broad texture, and a light tannic grip from maceration. Finishes long and saline. Ideal with Negrais suckling pig or roast lamb. 11.8% alc., TA 6.02 g/L, pH 3.24.
