Light straw colour. Raisin nose, dried fig, tea, white fruit and a slight touch of caramel. and also some mineral, exotic tone. The body is soft and complex with ripe fruit, peach jam. Greasy taste, green pineapple, tea flower, and some phosphorus, aromatic herbs and curry pointing. Different, very elegant, with beautiful acid structure.
Aged 7 months in used French oak barrels.
