Quinta do Monte D´Oiro Ex Aequo 2021
A wine that combines two varieties 75% Syrah and 25% Touriga Nacional and that make a fantastic partnership, Touriga Nacional makes this Syrah more elegant, creamy, an extremely textured, complex aromatic wine. The well integrated wood combines with the notes of black fruits, in a fantastic set. The tannins are velvety and the finish is long and pleasant.
Individualized plot handmade harvest with manual sorting. Desteming with no crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled vats. Prolonged maceration.
From discoveries to encounters, this is the story of two men, passionate about wine. The story of a same attitude towards wine, as an awakening of the senses.
