Quinta do Monte dOiro Reserva Rosé is pale in color and serious in intent. Mineral at first, then red berries, citrus peel, light smoke, and orange blossom with air. The palate is dry and slightly creamy, driven by taut acidity and a long, saline finish. It is a gastronomic rosé that pairs naturally with tuna tartare, grilled shrimp, summer vegetables, and soft goat cheese. Structure leads; sweetness does not. A consistent over-performer across vintages.
